Volunteer
Our students can greatly benefit from your involvement and contributions to the school's program and operations. Consider volunteering for a special event or in your student's classroom on a regular basis. There are many opportunities throughout the school year.
Next Steps
When you are ready to commit, we ask all volunteers for the following:
- Volunteer Check List - all volunteers must complete and submit EACH academic year.
- Volunteer Application - all volunteers must complete and submit EACH academic year.
- Volunteer Code of Conduct - all volunteers must complete and submit EACH academic year.
- TB Test - provide a copy of TB test results or questionnaire assessment from healthcare provider. TB questionnaire assessment can be completed at Dailard on Tuesdays when school nurse is on-site (depending on nurse availability). TB test results and questionnaire assessments are good for four (4) years. Schedule an appointment with Dailard Nurse.
- Identification Card - must provide a copy of government issued identification card.
