New Student Enrollment for School Year 2021 - 2022


Dailard school enrollment process for the school year will be done via email due to COVID- 19 Pandemic. New students will be officially enrolled at Dailard after all completed paperwork has been received by our Registrar, Ms. Howell.

In order to enroll your student, please complete the following documents:

Please note - we will not be requesting your child's social security number and will redact the number from any paperwork that is accidentally provided to our office. 

Scan these documents:

·       Birth Certificate or Passport

·       Immunization records:  yellow immunization card or a print out of your child’s immunization records from your doctor’s office (online).

·       Proof of Residency:  It must be a utility bill, either SDGE, Water bill, Cable bill, or Mortgage statement reflecting your name and address (we no longer accept rental agreements or leases).

ALL five forms and three scanned documents must be attached to one email and sent to 
ghowell@sandi.net  If possible, please send your scanned documents in a pdf format.

Please write student’s first and last name in email subject line.

If your child has received Specialized Education Services, please provide a copy of your child's current IEP or documentation that services have been terminated.
